With the motto “People and Technology: engines of change”, the Signo Foundation had celebrates its XVI Conference on Management and Evaluation in Health in Granada. At the meeting, practical experiences of innovation in various fields were presented and the adaptation of management to the changes that the health sector is experiencing was discussed.
This is the framework of the experience lived by the Innovation Unit within the Hit X Project that took us on a route of Innovation through the Hospital Vall D`Hebrón, Hospital Clinic de Valencia, and Hospital Clínico San Carlos, sharing experiences in health management With the aim of improving the care provided to patients and adding value to the health system, this project came from Servier Laboratories, which sponsored it.
